Appointment Policy
Payment Policy
Appointments can be made by phone or online. We recommend that patients book appointments in advance to ensure availability of their preferred date and time. We will make every effort to accommodate your appointment request. For urgent medical issues you will need to contact your local A&E department or GP surgery. Payment is requested at the time of booking.
All review appointments are made directly via the medical or the administration team and cannot be made via the online booking system. Review appointments cost 100 euro however returning patients must attend their review appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Lapses of time between your appointments outside of your tailored plan may require a repeat comprehensive consultation at a cost of 200 euro. This decision will be at the discretion of the medical team.
All initial appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. Review appointments are to be paid either in advance or on the day of the appointment.
Please note that unpaid appointments may result in restricted access to future bookings. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that all payments are kept up to date.

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel later than 48 hours prior to your appointment, a fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
This fee can be offset against your next appointment if you reschedule within a reasonable time frame.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will consider each case on an individual basis. However, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate other patients who wish to avail of our services.
