All reservations are completed online via the secure PayPal platform. It's not necessary to have a PayPal account to finalize your booking. Simply select "Express Checkout" and utilize the card option if you don't have an account.

Appointment Policy

Appointments can be made by phone or online. We recommend that patients book appointments in advance to ensure availability of their preferred date and time. We will make every effort to accommodate your appointment request. For urgent medical issues you will need to contact your local A&E department or GP surgery. Payment is requested at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel later than 48 hours prior to your appointment, a fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

This fee can be offset against your next appointment if you reschedule within a reasonable time frame.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will consider each case on an individual basis. However, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate other patients who may need our services.
